The Harwood Art Center is in a large old school building, with the main entrance on 7th St. (this is often locked). Tango Downtown holds classes, workshops & occasional milongas DOWNstairs (basement level) in the Harwood Theater Studio. Park in the northside (gravel) parking lot & head downstairs via the outside stairs. There is additional parking on 7th St. & in the southside (paved) parking lot.

From Albuquerque via I-25: From the I-25 Frontage Road exit at either Mountain Rd. or Lomas Blvd. heading west (towards downtown) to 7th St. If via Lomas, continue west to 7th St., turn north/right heading towards Mountain Rd.

From Albuquerque via I-40: Take I-40 west to Rio Grande Blvd exit. Turn south/left on Rio Grande (stay in the left lane) to Mountain Rd., at the "gate" to Old Town. Turn left/east on Mountain, past the museums & 12th St. (a main stoplight) to 7th St.

From Santa Fe: Take I-25, heading south to Albuq. Exit (right) at the Lomas/I-25 Frontage Rd exit (just past the divergence of I-25 to I-40, so stay to your right after you pass the I-40 exit lanes, as this exit comes up next). Heading south on the I-25 Frontage Rd, move to the far right lane. The first stoplight will be Mountain Rd. Turn right (west) on to Mountain. 6th St. is the eighth stoplight (Edith, Broadway, 1st, 2nd, etc.) The Harwood northside parking lot entrance is between 6th & 7th on your left.
